Methodology:

Based on the data for electric vehicle (EV) ownership in U.S. states. This methodology summarizes the key metrics for each state, including the number of EV's per 1,000 people and the percentage increases in EV ownership from 2021 to 2022 and from 2016 to 2021. It provides a clear and concise overview of how states compare EV adoption and growth over time.

The formula used to calculate the "EV Owners per 1000 People" for each state is as follows:

EV Owners per 1000 People = ( Electric (EV) ÷Population)×1000.

To calculate the percentage increase for the "EV" value, I have used the formula:

Percentage Increase = (New Value−Old Value ÷ Old Value ) ×100%.
